MPLS Ski Club Year-Round Personal Training Plan is an opportunity to work one-on-one with a coach year-round, creating a training plan based on your individual goals, there to support you and help you grow as an athlete.
Goal setting (process goals and outcome goals), whole athlete check ins, Identifying specific training zones, monitoring training (fitness, fatigue, energy), communication around appropriate fueling, hydration and recovery.

"Being able to communicate with a coach about how I feel physically and mentally has been incredibly helpful in resolving stress and knowing what to do when and where in my season's training plan. This fall I struggled a bit to get out of a hole that I had dug myself by training too much in the summer. With an individualized training plan and a coach that talked to me and guided me every week, I was able to recover into having one of my best seasons yet.
