Spring Training

Monday & Wednesday Evenings

5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

DATES: 6 Weeks: April 14th - May 19th

Mondays

WHO:    Adults, Any Level

WHAT:    On-Foot Sessions focused on strength and fitness 

WHERE:   Hyland Hills

Wednesdays

WHO:    Adults, Intermediate Level. For people who have skied 10 times or more, and are comfortable on rollerskis.

WHAT:     Rollerski Sessions focused on technique, speed and intervals & Ski Walking / Running Drills (every other week)

WHERE:   Hyland Park Reserve 

COST:  $180 for 1 day a week or $329 for both

Summer Training

Monday & Wednesday Evenings

5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

DATES: 10 Weeks: June 9th - August 11th

Mondays

WHO:    Adults, Intermediate Level. For people who have skied 10 times or more, and are comfortable on rollerskis.

WHAT:   Rollerski Sessions focused on technique, and distance rollerskiing

WHERE:   Hyland Hills & Hyland Park Reserve 

Wednesdays

WHO:    Adults, Intermediate Level. For people who have skied 10 times or more, and are comfortable on rollerskis.

WHAT:     Rollerski Sessions focused on technique, speed and intervals & Ski Walking / Running Drills (every other week)

WHERE:   Hyland Park Reserve 

COST:  $299 for 1 day a week or $575 for both
